11月9日，督查组在藁城区现场检查时发现，柳林屯乡夏凉村东环村路13号、15号两处排洪沟有露天焚烧垃圾现象，大量烟尘排放。经调查，此垃圾来源于石家庄市恒佳食品有限公司工业包装废塑料。督查组已将检查发现的问题移交当地相关部门处理。
山西省太原市督查组
11月9日，督查组对杏花岭区山西新鑫华通混凝土有限公司现场检查时发现，该公司正在生产，属建材行业（混凝土搅拌）。未按太原市《关于延长重污染天气橙色预警的通知》（并政改办【2017】63号）要求停止混凝土搅拌作业。督查组已将检查发现的问题移交当地相关部门处理。

11月6日，督查组对高新区淄博环保能源有限公司现场检查时发现，该公司正在生产，超标排放大气污染物，经淄博市环境监测站采样监测报告显示，3号锅炉外排烟气中颗粒物排放浓度为43mg/m3，超过《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》（GB18485-2014）排放限值（30mg/m3）。督查组已将检查发现的问题移交当地相关部门处理。

11月9日，督查组在华龙开发区现场检查时发现，濮阳市新源建材有限公司6个蒸压釜（共8个）正在使用，6个砖机有使用迹象，电机温度高。濮阳市云腾建材有限公司2个蒸压釜和4个砖机正在使用，其余2个有使用迹象。濮阳市启云建材有限公司1个蒸压釜和4个砖机正在使用，其余1个蒸压釜和2个砖机有使用迹象，设备温度较高，未按当地重污染天气应急响应要求停产。督查组已将检查发现的问题移交当地相关部门处理。
