污水处理系统概述

1、纸包装生产企业在生产过程中，因清洗设备等会产生油墨废水，废水污染环境问题一直困扰着企业。若采用传统的处理工艺，不但操作繁琐、运行不稳定、运行成本高、维护复杂、现场环境差，给企业带来许多不可预知的麻烦，而且经处理的污水还不能完全达标。

污水处理系统特点

印刷废气净化设备

印刷厂车间废气的收集处理目前国内印刷包括丝网印刷、凹版印刷、凸版印刷、拓印、胶印、移印、油印及全息激光印刷等，不同工艺中会分别会用到润版液、塑料覆膜、胶片、定影液、油性上光材料等，这些都会产生不同程度的污染，但主要污染为所有印刷工艺当中都会用到的油墨。

印刷行业使用的油墨主要还是传统的溶剂型油墨，溶剂型油墨一般由染料、连接料溶剂、填充料和辅助剂组成，油墨的气体主要污染物是“有机挥发物”，英文缩写为VOC（主要包括异丙醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、醋酸乙酯、醇、丙烯酸、重金属银离子、），是一些能与阳光臭氧层中的氧化氮发送反应的有机化合物，挥发到空气中的VOC，与灰尘中细微尘埃粒子和其他物质结合会形成灰雾，刺激人体肺部，对动、植物等各种生物健康带来负面影响。
