2、热能利用与油脂回收
定型机工程中的热能利用和油脂回收,可以产生显着的经济收益,是企业转“被动”,为“主动”,进行定型机的动力所在。
热能利用:定型机是重点耗能设备,其能量消耗通常占染整企业总能耗的40%以上,是染整企业节能减排的重要环节。定型机废气温度高、气量大,直接排放造成大量能源浪费。废气温度高也不利于后续净化。单元的高效运行,进行热能回收是废气治理必不可少的预处理单元。

定型机废气成分复杂,常含有大量亚微米级的粘稠性颗粒,单一的常规工艺的处理效率不高,需采用包括高压静电除尘技术在内的组合工艺,对烟气进行深度处理,才能达到良好的净化效果。
组合工艺:可使部分有机化合物从气态分子冷凝、集聚成为液态颗粒,有助于提高后续净化单元的效率。采用过滤吸附和湿式洗涤等净化方法,对油烟的净化效率可达60%~75%,而采用静电捕获和焚烧净化等几种方法可获得95%以上的净化效率。

2. Heat energy utilization and oil recovery
The use of heat energy and oil recovery in the shaping machine engineering can produce significant economic benefits, which is the driving force for enterprises to turn "passive" to "active".
Thermal energy utilization: the setting machine is the key energy consumption equipment. Its energy consumption usually accounts for more than 40% of the total energy consumption of dyeing and finishing enterprises, which is an important link of energy saving and emission reduction in dyeing and finishing enterprises. The high temperature and large air capacity of the molding machine waste gas directly cause a lot of energy waste. High exhaust temperature is not conducive to the subsequent purification. Efficient operation of the unit and heat recovery is an indispensable pretreatment unit for waste gas treatment.

The purification efficiency of oil fume can reach 60%~75% by using filtration adsorption and wet washing methods, while more than 95% can be obtained by using several methods such as electrostatic capture and incineration purification.
