吸收设备
       吸收法采用低挥发或不挥发性溶剂对VOCs进行吸收,再利用VOCs和吸收剂物理性质的差异进行分离。
       含VOCs的气体自吸收塔底部进入塔内,在上升过程中与来自塔顶的吸收剂逆流接触,净化后的气体由塔顶排出。吸收了VOCs的吸收剂通过热交换器后,进入汽提塔顶部,在温度高于吸收温度或压力低于吸收压力的条件下解吸。解吸后的吸收剂经过溶剂冷凝器冷凝后回到吸收塔。解吸出的VOCs气体经过冷凝器、气液分离器后以较纯的VOCs气体离开汽提塔,被回收利用。该工艺适合于VOCs浓度较高、温度较低的气体净化,其他情况下需要作相应的工艺调整。


吸附设备
       在用多孔性固体物质处理流体混合物时,流体中的某一组分或某些组分可被吸表面并浓集其上,此现象称为吸附。吸附处理废气时,吸附的对象是气态污染物,气固吸附。被吸附的气体组分称为吸附质,多孔固体物质称为吸附剂。

After absorbing VOCs absorbent through the heat exchanger, it enters the top of the stripper and desorption under the condition that the temperature is higher than the absorption temperature or the pressure is lower than the absorption pressure. The desorption absorbent is condensed by solvent condenser and returned to the absorber. The desorption VOCs gas leaves the stripper with relatively pure VOCs gas after passing through the condenser and gas-liquid separator and is recycled. This process is suitable for the gas purification with higher VOCs concentration and lower temperature. In other cases, corresponding process adjustment should be made.

Adsorption equipment
When a fluid mixture is treated with a porous solid, a component or component of the fluid may be sucked onto the surface and concentrated on it. This phenomenon is called adsorption. When the waste gas is adsorbed, the object of adsorption is gaseous pollutant and gas-solid adsorption. The adsorbed gas component is called adsorbent, porous solid material is called adsorbent.
