漆雾分离技术在涂装废气处理中的应用 Application of spray separation technology in the treatment of waste gas coating
喷涂行业废气的污染控制一直是国内外较难解决的难题,特别是在预处理阶段,是否能将漆雾完全处理对于后续处理设备十分关键。本文针对喷涂行业排放废气的特征提出了一种漆雾分离技术,本技术不仅能将大分子树脂漆雾与有机稀释剂彻底分离开,同时能将粘稠性树脂失活,便于清理,使得涂装废气治理不再是难题。
目前传统的预处理方法,主要包括水喷淋吸收和干式过滤等,但这些技术在使用过程中会造成各种问题。
干法过滤系统:包括过滤棉网、网格纸、高效过滤棉等对漆雾进行拦截,该方法虽然能部分控制漆雾的排放,但对于喷涂量较大的企业,过滤材料更换较为频繁,若不及时更换会造成排气不畅。同时,由于需设置多层过滤,使得排风系统压降较高,增加了风机的负荷,造成运行成本极高。
湿法喷淋系统:包括水幕喷淋,多级喷淋塔,由于油性树脂的多为非极性,水对漆雾的捕捉能力有限,因此湿法喷淋漆雾去除率不高,同时拦截下来的漆雾与水混合造成废水等二次污染。
在涂装喷涂过程中产生的漆雾主要由主剂、固化剂和稀释剂组成,目前国内大部分喷涂场所均采用的溶剂型涂料,因此稀释剂主要为烃类、酯类等有机溶剂(VOC),主剂和固化剂大部分为树脂类物质,多数树脂具有高沸点、大分子以及粘稠等特点,混合于废气中,为后续处理方法带来了麻烦。
本技术,是使雾化之后的细微泡沫水与涂装雾强制接触,利用小水滴快速的浮出分离、让溶剂挥发、排走,让固体物质(主剂、固化剂中的树脂)通过挥发聚合干燥和微泡的压坏现象形成涂膜粉体,再进行回收。具体原理如图2-1,该技术由于使得树脂类物质与溶剂完全分离,且通过聚合干燥沉降在水中,不仅树脂类漆雾的去除率高,且运行成本低且无二次污染。
废气首先在接触区与发生器所产生的微米气泡接触,所有疏水性物质会被吸附于微泡的表面,进而气体不断上升进入上、下反应区,在反应区中微泡会不断压坏破裂,释放一定的瞬间能量使得溶剂挥发,而树脂等发生沉降并进一步聚合干燥。由于聚合后的大分子树脂几乎不溶于水,因此储水槽中的循环水不会被污染,只需定期回收沉降在其中的树脂即可。而去除树脂后的带有机溶剂的废气通过滤水槽后进入下一个工序继续处理。
涂装喷漆废气排放口直接对接本设备,是整套VOCs治理方案的前锋军,废气经过漆雾分离设备后,气体中具有粘性的漆雾被去除,一般的漆雾去除率达到95%以上,粘性比较大的UV漆去除率也能保证85%以上,后续再加简单的干式过滤即可保证后处理工艺的正常运行。
本漆雾分离技术不同与市场上其他传统的技术,其特点包括:①彻底将粘稠性树脂与有机溶剂分离,粘稠性树脂失活后不具有粘稠性,易于收集。②设备维护简单,系统无任何填料,运行成本低,不添加任何化学药剂,无二次污染和其他耗材。③粉状涂膜粉体收集后可实现回用。
本漆雾分离技术在不添加任何化学药剂的情况下,通过自身产生微米气泡,与漆雾颗粒接触,达到与有机溶剂分离并降解的目的。该技术运用于涂装废气预处理,不仅效果好去除率高,而且运行成本低维护简单,使得涂装废气治理不再是难题。

Pollution control of waste gas of spraying industry is always a difficult problem to be solved at home and abroad, especially in the pretreatment stage, whether the paint fog can be completely treated is very important for the following treatment equipment. In this paper, a kind of paint mist separation technology is proposed according to the characteristics of the exhaust gas of the spraying industry. This technology can not only completely separate the macromolecular resin paint fog from the organic diluent, but also inactivate the viscous resin for cleaning, making the coating waste gas treatment no longer a difficult problem.
At present, the traditional pretreatment methods mainly include water spray absorption and dry filtration, but these technologies will cause various problems in the process of use.
Dry filtration system: the paint mist is intercepted by filtering cotton net, grid paper, efficient filter cotton, etc. Although this method can partly control the emission of paint fog, for enterprises with a large amount of spraying, the filter material is replaced frequently, if not replaced in time, the exhaust will be blocked. At the same time, multi-level filtration is required to make the pressure drop of the exhaust system higher and increase the load of the fan, resulting in high operation cost.
Wet spray system: including water curtain spray, multi-stage spray tower. As oil resin is mostly non-polar, water has limited ability to capture the paint fog. Therefore, the removal rate of wet spray paint fog is not high.
Produced in the process of coating spraying paint fog is mainly composed of main agent and curing agent and diluent, most of the current domestic spraying place adopts the solvent paint, therefore thinner, mainly for the hydrocarbons, esters, organic solvents (VOC), most of the main agent and curing agent for resin material, most of the resin possesses the characteristics of high boiling point, macromolecules, and viscous and mixed in the exhaust gas, brought trouble for subsequent processing method.
This technology is to force the contact between the fine foam water and the coating fog after atomization, and use the small water droplets to quickly separate, let the solvent evaporate and drain away, and let the solid substance (the resin in the main agent and curing agent) form the film powder through the volatile polymerization drying and the crushing phenomenon of the microbubble, and then recycle. The specific principle is shown in FIG. 2-1. As a result of the complete separation of resin substances and solvents, and drying and settling in water through polymerization, the removal rate of resin paint fog is high, and the operation cost is low and there is no secondary pollution.
Waste gas produced in the first place in the contact area with the generator of micro bubbles, all hydrophobic material can be adsorbed on the surface of the micro bubble, and then rising gas into the upper and lower the reaction zone, micro bubble will continue in the reaction zone crush is broken, and makes some instant energy released solvent evaporation, and settling and further polymerization such as resin dry. Because the polymerized macromolecular resins are almost insoluble in water, the circulating water in the storage tank will not be polluted, and only the resins deposited in it can be recovered regularly. After removing the resin, the waste gas with organic solvent passed through the filter tank and went to the next process.

Different from other traditional technologies on the market, this spray separation technology is characterized by the complete separation of the sticky resin from organic solvent and the inactivation of the sticky resin, which is easy to collect. This paint mist separation technology can separate and degrade with organic solvent by producing micron bubbles by itself and contacting with paint fog particles without adding any chemical agents.
