VOCs治理|解析等离子体与静电净化 VOCs treatment | analysis plasma and electrostatic purification

   伴随着VOCs治理工程的迅猛发展,其相关治理技术也是不断增加完善。除了市场上常见的燃烧法、活性炭吸附法、光氧催化、冷          凝回      收法之外,等离子体法也犹如异军突起般,占据了一片市场,尤其是在有油烟颗粒的净化项目上。  

     塑料行业,不少项目都伴有油烟颗粒,相信不少业内人士已经对其有所了解或接触,但大多数都是一知半解。等离子体究竟为何物,和市场上的静电净化,又有什么区别呢?


静电净化是一种电泳现象,用强电场使灰尘颗粒带电,在其通过除尘电极时,带正/负电荷的微粒分别被负/正电极板吸附,即达到除尘目的.

等离子净化是由对室内空气杀菌消毒型的空气净化装置演化而来,可以去除空气中的可吸入颗粒物和多种生物异味、将高分子气体分解或还原为低分子无害物质。

等离子杀菌消毒及除颗粒原理:等离子体是一种聚集态物质,它有别于常识的“固”、“液”、“气”三态物质,是物质的第四态,其所拥有的高能电子同空气中的分子碰撞时会发生一系列基元物化反应,并在反应过程中产生多种活性自由基和生态氧,即臭氧分解而产生的原子氧。活性自由基可以有效地破坏各种病毒、细菌中的核酸,蛋白质,使其不能进行正常的代谢和生物合成,从而致其死亡;另外,再借助等离子体中的离子与物体的凝并(等离子体使通过空气中的油烟颗粒带上不同(正、负)的电荷,从而自相吸引,聚集成大团而沉降)作用,可以对小至亚微米级的细微颗粒物进行有效的收集。

净化VOCs原理:利用“高频高压脉冲电晕法”技术,在线筒式“等离子发生反应器”内进行电晕放电,在常温下获得非平衡高能低温等离子体;即:当废气经过等离子发生器时,在高压脉冲电场中,通过前后沿陡峭、脉宽极窄(ns)的高压脉冲电晕放电,在常温下获得非平衡高能低温等离子体,即产生大量高能电子和具有极强氧化性能的羟基自由基(˙OH、˙HO2、˙O )、以及氧化性极强O3 等高能活性粒子,与废气中有机物分子进行非弹性碰撞,使有机物分子化学键断裂,发生一系列复杂氧化、降解化学反应,最终使废气中有毒有害有机物转变为无害的二氧化碳和水等,使废气得到净化。

两者的区别:

1.净化现象不一致:静电净化是一种物理现象,它不改变空气的固有特征,而只是使空气中的灰尘颗粒变少;等离子净化涉及到物理化学现象,会生成一些新的物质,利用第四物质体态,产生大量高能电子和具有极强氧化性能的羟基自由基,发生系列物理化学反应。

2.电压供给不一致:静电电压是恒稳的电压作用,而等离子电压形式多样 直流和交流的都可,放电电压要达到起晕电压才发生。

3.除尘原理不一致:静电净化是使灰尘带电,通过电极作用吸附除尘,等离子使灰尘(如油烟颗粒)带上不同(正、负)的电荷,从而自相吸引,聚集成大团而沉降,这样空气也得到了净化。。两者经常互相补充使用。

4.净化效率不一致:静电净化一般只能除去空气中灰尘之类,处理效率低;等离子体可以处理各类废气(油烟、杀菌、VOCs之类),已经广泛用于VOCs治理。

由于静电净化和等离子体在功能上有一定的相通性,常常被用来联合使用,从而达到更有效地空气净化效率。也正因为相通性,市场上常常鱼龙混淆,给需治理厂家带来一些不必要的麻烦,甚至经济损失。

What is a plasma, and the market on the electrostatic cleaning, and what is the difference?

Electrostatic cleaning is an electrophoresis phenomenon in which dust particles are electrified with a strong electric field. When they pass through the dust removal electrode, the particles with positive/negative charges are respectively absorbed by the negative/positive electrode plate to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
Plasma purification is the evolution of indoor air sterilization and disinfection type air purification device, which can remove inhalable particulate matter and a variety of biological odors in the air, and decompose or reduce polymer gas into low-molecular harmless substances.
Principle of plasma sterilization, and in addition to the particles, plasma is a state of aggregation substance, it is different from the common sense of "solid", "fluid", "gas" three state of matter, is the fourth state of matter, it holds high energy electrons with molecules in the air crash happens when the element of a series of physical and chemical reaction, and produce a variety of active free radicals in the reaction process and ecological oxygen, namely the ozone decomposition of atomic oxygen. Principle of purifying VOCs: the corona discharge is carried out in an online tube-type "plasma generation reactor" using the technology of "high-frequency high-voltage pulsed corona" to obtain non-equilibrium high-energy low-temperature plasma at room temperature. That is: When exhaust gas by plasma generator, in high-voltage pulsed electric field, through the front and back along the steep, pulse width is very narrow (ns) of high-voltage pulse corona discharge, at room temperature for non-equilibrium high-energy low temperature plasma, which produces a large number of high energy electron and with strong oxidation performance of hydroxyl radicals (˙ OH, ˙ HO2, ˙ O), as well as strong oxidizing O3 activity of high-energy particles, inelastic collision with organic matter in waste gas molecules, the organic molecular chemical bond rupture, in a series of complex oxidation and degradation of chemical reactions that ultimately make exhaust of toxic and harmful organic matter into harmless carbon dioxide and water, etc., Purge the waste gas.
The difference between the two: 1. The phenomenon of purification is inconsistent: electrostatic purification is a physical phenomenon, which does not change the inherent characteristics of the air, but only makes the dust particles in the air less; 2. The plasma purification involves physical and chemical phenomena, and some new substances will be generated. By using the body of the fourth substance, a large number of high-energy electrons and hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidation properties will be produced, and a series of physical and chemical reactions will occur.
2. Inconsistent voltage supply: static voltage is a stable voltage, and the plasma voltage can be varied in the form of dc and ac. The discharge voltage will not occur until it reaches the halo voltage.
3. The principle of dust removal is inconsistent: the electrostatic cleaning is to electrify the dust by the action of electrodes, and the plasma makes the dust (such as soot particles) with different (positive and negative) charges, so as to attract from each other, gather into large groups and settle down, so that the air is also purified. The two are often used in tandem.
4. Inconsistent purification efficiency: electrostatic purification can only remove dust in the air and so on, and the treatment efficiency is low; Plasma can deal with all kinds of waste gas (lampblack, bactericidal, VOCs and so on), has been widely used for VOCs treatment.
Due to the common function of electrostatic cleaning and plasma, it is often used in combination to achieve more effective air cleaning efficiency.
