    尧化街道在挥发性有机物治理工作中，督促各汽修企业严格落实以下管理要求：1、源头控制，提倡机动车维修企业应逐步使用水性等低挥发性有机物含量的环保型涂料，限制使用溶剂型涂料；2、更新改造，要求机动车维修企业按照《江苏省重点行业挥发性有机物污染控制指南》对喷漆房进行改造，禁止露天喷漆；3、规范管理，含挥发性有机物原辅材料在运输和储存过程中应保持密闭。加强挥发性有机物污染处理设施保养维护，并每日记录主要操作参数，做好过滤材料的更换和处置记录。

    马群街道积极整治黑臭河道。今年以来，马群街道集中力量推进“一河五沟”（百水河、湖底撇洪沟、黄马撇洪沟、马塘沟、牛王庙沟、刘家营沟）黑臭河道整治工程。深入开展沿河排水户整治行动，以企事业单位、小餐饮户排水整治为重点，加大巡查摸排力度，对百水河沿线30多家企事业单位、小餐饮户进行检查，发放排水许可证20件，有效遏制污水直排、私排，管网乱接等现象发生。聘请高科等相关技术单位，对沿河77个排污口的源头进行了全面排查，摸清了污染源，为设计单位绘制施工图，编制施工方案提供了可靠依据。对可立整立改的排污口组织整改。截至目前，共整治截流改造18个，还剩59个排口待整改。同时，坚持做好民主整治。依托“TODAY马群”、“智慧马群”微信公众号和“掌上社区”治理模式传播区委治水理念、决心和举措，争取支持。通过居民议事会收集群众需求、建议，在沿河人行步道、残疾人通道、亲水平台及清淤临时堆放点设置等方面落小落细。
